UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples

The UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP), adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 2007, provides a global framework for efforts to advance indigenous peoples’ rights. Together with other human rights instruments and growing human rights jurisprudence concerning indigenous peoples, the Declaration contains crucial guidance for building societies that ensure full equality and rights of indigenous peoples.

Tanah Hak Kami: Dokumentasi Pemetaan Komuniti 11 Kampung Orang Asli

Tanah Hak Kami is the result of community mapping exercises and trainings that local Orang Asli community Sinui Pai Nanek Sengik (SPNS) underwent. Produced in collaboration with Pusat KOMAS, this community mapping book records the profiles and maps of eleven Wilayah Tanah Adat (villages) and serves as an important piece of reference and evidence in court proceedings, negotiations, dialogues, consultations, etc. that concern to the Orang Asli.
